    Was watching a video for The Reign of Kindo's song October's Storm:

    My question is, does anyone know what the guitarist uses at 1:02, with the blue light? Love the sound it produces...is it for sustain? Can it be used on a bass? Thanks in advance :hyper:

    That's called "e-bow"

    It can be used on bass. It creates a magnetic field in the string and it provides infinite sustain..Michal Manring uses it a lot
