I guess the only way you'll really be able to find out is to give the guy a call. If it's real, snag it!

nope, it is one of the new craigslist scams. Easy to identify by the way they put the email in the ad and the "too good to be true" prices.

I flag them all the time on Houston Craigslist

also, they are usually stealing the pictures and descriptions from real craigslist ads in other areas.

Well I emailed em. If they reply and this is one of those "fell ass backwards into" deals I'll post it.

Look at the email address. It's a scam. They will scam you if you do what they ask. Please don't.

Darn. Was a fake. Just got this BS email.

    Dear Joel ,

I just sold out this to someone, but I can tell you where I got it from.
I just picked up 3 of these from (url removed for safety reasons) and I resold them on here for some extra money.

The trick is to watch for bidding to slow down and then put in a bid. That's what I do and I win all the time.

    Regards

    James Franco

Wasn't thinking when I posted it. But at least you'll know better if you ever see it again.

How can it be a let down? You were warned it was a scam, strongly, from the get-go.
