    According to me, I've seen quite a few basses in my day that don't exactly "wear" blocks all that well on their fingerboards. Meaning, the just don't look/fit certain basses aesthetically. Well, as for basses that do look beautiful with 'em (Spector Basses, anyone? :bassist:)?

    Man, she's a beauty, for sure. And, the first I've seen with that option, too.

    I was going to say, the reason it works on that wal bass is because it looks so much like an SG

    Go ahead and shoot me, but that's the only Wal bass I've ever seen that I like aesthetically; and that's because it does look like an SG.
