It's official! NPBD

    New P Bass Day! After getting some great feedback about this bass in another thread, I ended up trading my old SWR WorkingPro 700 & Goliath III cab for this 1983 USA P bass. It's in excellent condition and plays and sounds great. Weighs in just under 9 pounds. I'm going to get a black PG and PU covers (yes. I'll save the originals). The guy I got it from was the second owner, and the bass has essentially been a case queen for years. He needed a new amp and has 3 other basses he uses, so this one was expendable.     Very nice! Every bass player should have at least one good P Bass in their arsenal!

    You did get it. Good deal imo, you got a beauty there! An 80's bass that's been in hibernation and from what I can see, in great condition doesn't come up very often.
