    Bom dia caros,

Speaking personally, I've got the B-35 and was quite happy with it for a while. I've never played the J&D.

After a year or so though, it needed serious truss rod adjustment and I expect will need some more. Also, the low B machine head has stopped working and I'll probably have to replace the machines with a set that costs an appreciable fraction of the cost of the bass.

Having said that, HB have consistently surprised me with their quality for the price, and if you truly can't afford better (and are willing to put up with the probability that you'll have to replace it or repair it in a couple of years) then it's probably the best at the price. My advice? spend more to get more, and don't get either of these.

    p.s. http://translate.google.com/ and copy/paste makes this truly international ;)
