Hey guys! would love if you guys could recommend me a jazz book to work out of to add to my practicing routine! I've always listened to jazz here and there and would try and dissect songs sometimes but I think ever since moving from Hawaii to San Francisco and getting to play with more musicians that come from that background I've been wanting to dive in more! just looking for a good place to start. I recently just finished "standing in the shadows of Motown" and picked up Oscar's "The latin bass book"
