Does anyone have there measurements handy? Also, what years was 70s spacing used by Fender for Jazz basses?

If I remember right 3.6 inches on center prior to 70s. Early 70s 4 inches on center. The gap was increased .40 inches to move the bridge pickup up under the cover being used at the time. It was a cosmetic call that added more mid range.
