  6. Don't worry about it! I think everyone would believe it coming from a guy whose ego is as big as his wife's boo tay.

    Oh yes I did.

Definitely Poe's Law at work when it comes to West. It is believable that he'd say something like that.

Definitely believable coming from him, although I also believe he's gotten to the point where he knows he can easily push people's buttons and now he just likes putting us on.

  9. Regardless of whether or not the story is true, Kanye's still an idiot.

    Hmmmmm....

He gets publicity. He gets people talking about him. I wouldn't be surprised if his management and Taylor Swift's were in cahoots over the whole 'Imma let you finish' story. They guy is a living meme. He gets people hopping mad, then releases a well timed single. I bet he will have a new release just over the horizon.

If he was truely and idiot, then the name "Kanye" would stir absolutely no reaction in anybody.

  11. Ok, then, how about he's a jerk.

Yeah, nothing like saying something controversial to keep a good presence in the media. I think he's likely a bit of an idiot and i don't doubt he's full of himself, but i think he also knows a thing or two about how to get talked about.

How can anyone take anything he says seriously? Massive ego and nothing to back it up.

Having some media savvy does not require very much intelligence.

  17. True! And sometimes, the media creates the object instead of the object creating the media storm. Case in point, Nadia Sulemon (sp?) the octomom.

I've only seen Kanye perform once, on SNL, and it was intriguing. I'll hand it to him, he's a good performer. Lots of good performers have been idiots though.

I CAN'T STAND THE KARDASHIANS. UGH. GO AWAY! They ain't even hot.

Kanye claims to have pioneered this "new" genre when plenty before him have already introduced it. I'm in high school and my peers worship the guy. He is a not a god.

A lot of people don't know Mandela once said, "I am the next Kanye West," and then rapped out a rhyme that would make Kanye blush.
