    The food network keeps showing me footage of a restaurant in PA called Primanti Brothers. While I've never been there to taste it, my eyes say it's nonstop deliciousnessitude.

    I like chicken salad on Italian bread.
    Corned beef on rye/pumpernickel is good.
    Tuna salad on white bread.
    Cotto salami on wheat.
    Turkey and strawberry jam on white bread.

    I've been in a bahn mi phase lately. They're Vietnamese sandwiches consisting of the meat of your choice, picked carrots onions, and daikon, and fresh cilantro and jalapeno on a baguette.

    I've said this before, but:

    Grilled cheese cooked in rendered bacon fat.

    Simple. Perfect.

    This!

    I had one last week at a gastropub. House made corned beef, fresh caraway rye bread, and the kraut was "Indian" kraut. Basically kraut with a hearty dose of turmeric....... It was kinda good!

    Primanti Brothers from the original location in the Strip District in Pittsburgh! Absolutely the best, nothing like it! (Pictures can't possibly do this thing justice!)

  21. There's this local sandwich shop that makes "The Gobbler". Holy smokes. Amazing.

    Served on French bread;

    Sliced Turkey (like real roasted turkey breast, not cold cuts), Swiss cheese, cranberry chutney, cole slaw, bread stuffing, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, drizzled with turkey gravy.

    It's simply amazing.
