    The food network keeps showing me footage of a restaurant in PA called Primanti Brothers. While I've never been there to taste it, my eyes say it's nonstop deliciousnessitude.

    I've been in a bahn mi phase lately. They're Vietnamese sandwiches consisting of the meat of your choice, picked carrots onions, and daikon, and fresh cilantro and jalapeno on a baguette.

    I've said this before, but:

    Grilled cheese cooked in rendered bacon fat.

    Simple. Perfect.

    This!

    I had one last week at a gastropub. House made corned beef, fresh caraway rye bread, and the kraut was "Indian" kraut. Basically kraut with a hearty dose of turmeric....... It was kinda good!

    There's this local sandwich shop that makes "The Gobbler". Holy smokes. Amazing.

    Served on French bread;

    Sliced Turkey (like real roasted turkey breast, not cold cuts), Swiss cheese, cranberry chutney, cole slaw, bread stuffing, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, drizzled with turkey gravy.

    It's simply amazing.
