For sale is my Lakland 55 Dual J with original hardshell case. I custom ordered this bass back in 2004. It's still in almost mint condition for a nine year old bass with the plastic still on the rear control cavity!
Ash body, rosewood board, Fralin pickups, 35 inch scale.
It plays and sounds amazing but I need some funds for other priorities right now.
The only partial trade I'll consider is for a Lakland Skyline Hollowbody with Bart's.
    Price is $2,250 shipped conus.

Wow! A light one for sure!

This is a KILLER specimen of a discontinued bass.....if you want the great lakland body shape AND great neck feel. AND a great jazz sound....this is the bass for you

I had a dual j and it was one if the grindiest j basses I ever played!

    Very cool!

These are totally amazing basses. I had a trans-white one that was supposedly a "Willie Weeks" prototype. It was one of my all time favorite basses. Very lightweight and very resonant. The perfect passive J5 bass IMO! These are rare, don't miss your chance!!!!!

This is one of the most rare Lakland models.

Sounds like someone doesn't want to sell. Can totally understand. This is a pretty rare bass.
