Up for sale is my newly acquired Lakland USA 44-14 in a beautiful sunburst! Purchased this beauty from Sweetwater about a month or so ago. Play like a USA Lakland should and sounds fantastic. Action is super low as well. A nice easy player. I've used it at practices and one gig only, so there are no scratches, dings, or blemishes. I am only selling this bass because there is another bass for sale on here that I have been trying to snag for a very long time!

    Serial Number is 4400002!

    I paid $2595.00...

I will sell this one, basically brand new, for $2000.00

    Here are the specs...

    Color Tobacco Sunburst
    Body Material Alder
    Body Finish Urethane
    Scale Length 34"
    Number of Frets 22

    Nut Width 1.6"
    Bridge/Tailpiece Lakland Dual Access
    Tuners Hipshot Tapered Shaft
    Number of Pickups 2
    Neck Pickup J-style Single-coil
    Bridge Pickup Split MM Humbucker
Controls Cut and Boost: 1 x Bass, 1 x Midrange, 1 x Treble, Panning-style Pickup Blend Control, 1 x Master Volume (pull for preamp bypas

The first pick is the actual bass as listed on Sweetwater. The second is a pic from my iPhone. If you would like more pics, please ask. I will be happy to get them to you via e-mail.

Man that's beautiful! And I have to ask out of curiosity, what's the difference in a 44-14 and a 44-94?

From what I know...not too much. I believe they just limited the extra options. It only comes in 2 colors and you can't get quilt tops and such.

There are really no differences....the -14 just has limited colors and no options.

    This is a gorgeous bass!
