I just bought this bass a few weeks back from a great TB'r who bought it brand new. Its in perfect condition like I received it. Never gigged. Taken out of my house once to rehearsal. I like the bass and have had quite a few Lakies and this one is a prime example of the USA made basses. What I really wanted was a P-bass to my spec and I have found one I'd like to buy. This bass can get really close to what all three classic basses, the Jazz, P-bass, and Stringray which it was designed to do.

Here is a link to my purchase of this bass.

Disclosure on Case: The case was slightly damaged in shipping as there was a separation of the plywood pieces and the skin was split some on the bottom right side. I put a little yellow glue and used some padded clamps to fix it. The case completely works fine and protects the bass. The seller had FDX package it for him, so no fault to him.

I have a bass-case box ready for shipping. I will expertly package it myself for shipment to you. See my feedback.

That's a big a difference in weight! Really makes you think about all the times people say "bathroom scale weight."
