    Geddy Lee Jazz
Squier Classic Vibe P with J neck

I've got all of the horses I want right now. Don't have any dream stable. After a while, fancy woods and electronics just don't hold any fascination anymore. It's all about tone. The only thing I might add somewhere down the line is another P/J or something with humbuckers.

Awesome! Any minute John Turner's gonna show up and make us all weep.... but let's not turn this into a "Show your basses" thread... let's talk about the basses of our dreams..

I agree with what someone said earlier.... at a certain point the crazy woods and crazy array of knobs ceases to dazzle... years ago before the crash when I ordered an MTD, I had no fancy top at all, just the body wood Mike thought would suit me best, and a NTB preamp.

So, since some folks went ahead and listed amps as well, I should probably join the game....

    Current Amp Lineup:
    Ampeg SVT-7Pro
    Ampeg SVT-610HLF
    Ampeg SVT-810e
    Genz Benz STLMX 12.0
    Genz Benz UB410 (2)

    Dream Amp Lineup:
    Current gear PLUS -
EBS Fafner II with EBS Classicline 810
Ashdown 427 Small Block with Ashdown CL810
Ashdown DP200 head with Ashdown C412
    Marshall Lemmy Rig - Head, 412 & 415
    Warwick Hellborg rig
    Thunderfunk TF750 with Berg NV610
All of my Gear debts paid!!!

Ummm... really I've come to fall in love with Warmoth. My next bass might come from there but a Fender mustang with a 34" neck and some kind of EQ would go nice with my GSR200.
