Tried the search on this, didn't turn anything up...

Basically, I just downloaded Logic Pro. After the initial (required) 2 GB download, it gave me the option to download about 20 GB of 'optional' content. I was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on which packages are worth the space and which I wouldn't really need?
I'm just going to be doing some small time recording of myself on bass, and possibly electric drums...

    Thanks

They're mainly just loop libraries, samples, etc. if you will make use of that stuff you might as well download it. If you've got the hard drive space you might as well download it as those things are fun to mess around with when you're in a creative funk.

Download everything. Loops, samples, effects...it's worth it. I use the waves plugins but the logic pro plugins are pretty decent......if you have the hard drive space. I think mine takes up to 40gb of space when I was done installing everything.
