  2. That's still better than the 64 hanging in a local shop that's missing half its finish, lost the covers & mute, VVT wiring...and the store owner swears these are going for $40,000 online. -_-

    Or you get a new American Standard P Bass and save yourself about $10,000 ;)

    But honestly, nice bass, and if you have the money, why not?

    They really did have the bridge pup a lot closer originally. Must make a huge difference to the sound - wonder why they moved the pup up?

    Yeah I agree nice bass, but for 12k?? That seems a little ridiculous especially considering the hack paint job over the body and pickguard... I guess for someone who wants a road worn look that would be a plus thought but I personally wouldn't pay 12k.

    +1 to Danny bob. If it was me and I was gona get that, I'd rather just get a new Am Standard and deck it out, and still have a few k's left over.
