This is a truly amazing bass, especially for the price range. The preamp is outstanding and the passive tone is literately the best I've heard. The neck plays like a dream and the bass sounds as good acoustically as it does plugged in (which says a lot for the build). I would really love to keep it, but I have to pay for a custom build and don't play enough 5 string to keep two around. This is truly one of the best 5 string jazzes by a long shot, and I've owned most of them out there. PM with any questions.

    NEW Lowered price:
$1,900 shipped within the continental U.S. I will ship overseas but buyer must make up the difference. No trades please.

It is in excellent condition - though it is a "relic" which means the bass was aged when it was new. There are several knicks and marks on the body, all of which are intentional. The neck doesn't have any though the finish is distressed to give it a 'broken in' feel. Serious mojo on this bass!

This bass had one of the best necks I've ever played, felt like a good broken-in vintage Fender... The Lollars are also one of my favorite pickups...
