1. Welcome to TalkBass 2014! If you're new here, we just went through a major site upgrade. Please post all concerns and bugs to the Forum Usage Issues forum. We will be monitoring that forum. We are currently evaluating the "One Post Per Classified Ad" policy. Thank you for all of your feedback.

The TalkBass iphone/android app is NOT WORKING currently. We're working on it. Tapatalk IS working, so if you need to use an app, use Tapatalk. Try using your browser though - TalkBass is now 100% responsive to your phone/tablet screen size ;)

Please read the TalkBass 2014 FAQ for lots of great info on the new software.

Does anyone know of a good app to organise schedules, maintain setlists, record gig dates etc.

Looking for something all the members can log into separately and update, but will sync to everyone else if you know what I mean.

So a gig booked 21/12/13 is put that on the calendar and it updates to everyone in the group's calender.

    Hi,

One of my projects uses this:

http://get.planningcenteronline.com/ ...Plan and share schedules, music, communicate, etc. Modest fee.

For a free option you can all sign up for GMail accounts and share a Google calendar, Google docs, etc.

    Thank you for your indulgence,

    BassCliff

Open a free Google account. Use Google Calendar (can sync with just about any modern calendar program) ... just set up the sharing. Use the cloud to store set lists, charts, etc. Free, easy.

Planning center is incredible, but it's not free.

I like the music stand app that comes with it too

We use www.wiggio.com. There is an app for it as well. Calendar, upload files, etc. It's free as well and works well for whatwe need.

Google Calendars are great. Simple interface, easy to use. easy to share. My wife and I also use this, our kid's school districrt uses it. It's a great way to see across the board what's going on and if there will be a conflict when I'm trying to book the gigs.

The Biggest challenge however is not finding a tool, but rather getting everyone to use it consistently. If no one is updating the band calendar or their personal calendars, it all becomes useless.
