    Hello,

I have discovered that I have blown my 15" speaker.
Can anyone recommend me a good replacement driver for it without too much effort.

I would like to improve its power handling as it was part of markbass stack and the second cab had 800W rating as this one had only 400w rating. I would like to put in an element which can tolerate more watts so the stack would become more uniform in its power handling, I have heard that it makes a difference, is that true?

The stack itself was 4x10" + 1x15" both markbass cabs.

Original was built by B&C its a neo speaker and branded for markbass but I cannot figure out what the base model is. They refer to it as "Neodymium custom woofer built by B&C"

    400-800W
    8Ohm
    Suitable for a 150 liter back-ported cab.
Preferrably sound with a strong low thump as it was before instead of rockish-midrange.

I would like to avoid ordering the replacement directly from markbass because it would be unjustifiably too expensive.

New speaker ordered the same one as described above. This topic has resolved, I might comment on the sound in few days after I have installed it.

Best choice for replacement even if pricey. Did you find an alternate supplier than Markbass ? For the record I play a Berlin combo with NY151 extention cab and love it .
