We are doing "Mary did you know?" for the first time this Sunday. Beautiful Christmas song.

    Chord progression revolve around:
    (Nashville numbers)
    6-5-4-3
    6-5-4-3
    4-5-1-5-6
    2-6-3

We do it in G. If you are looking for Christmas songs give this one some thought.

We are doing that song too. In addition to the PT we have a little ensemble of bass, sax, drums and guitar. We are doing a short 3 song set of Christmastime is Here, The Little Drummer Boy and Mary Did You Know. My wife is singing the lead. :)

We just did it with Bowzer over the weekend. He's got three amazing singers who travel with him, and they're all gospel trained, and they all kick ass, and they totally brought the house down with it. It's a simple little song for musicians, but a more moving gospel song you'd be hard pressed to find.

We're doing Jeremy Camp's version during our "Christmas at the Stables" program this year. Good song.
