Up for sale is my 98-99 Euro. I have the original satin bridge in mint condition also, you choose which bridge. Stock EMG preamp. This bass is in better condition than most a year old. I never play it. It is a wall queen. The battery compartment just holds the battery,it is not wired in. A little mark over pickup area that you can feel but not see and a little mark on end of headstock. I have hardshell spector case also included. I believe these are considered the closest you can get to a USA NS-2 If I don't sell this within a couple days I plan on refinishing it with a colorstain. The price is $925.00 shipped. Pm with questions.

These early CRFM's are fantastic, I have a 5er in blue from the same vintage and the flame on these is generally beautiful, also think the stock EMG preamp on these is the best version of all... bump for a beauty at a great price.

Thanks guys. I have a chance to get an amber Whimbish bass if I sell this quick enough. If not It will be refinished. What is hard for me is out of about 10 spectors, this one plays and sounds a little better than the others.

Can you explain the battery compartment thing, I didn't understand. Any issues shipping to me in Canada?

When you buy these battery compartments they have contacts in them and they are wired to the pots. They go bad,as these did. So I just use it to hold battery and plug battery in to a 9v harness as usual. Instead of battery laying in compartment it is in holder. As far as Canada goes as long as you agree that after I ship the bass it is not my responsability I have no problem shipping it.

Well, I've looked at these a few times. This was probably one to try one out. But I'm wondering something about these bases. They have a 'countoured' body. Front and back. I think Warwicks have this feature also. Is there an advantage to this shape?
Thank You and Congrats on the sale/purchase
