I thought it was as small as a pack of cigarettes like their pedals. Bummer.

I can't imagine what ANY bass player could use a 5W amplifier for.

That's what I was thinking too.

BTW: Moore effects are in 1590a enclosures so they're a little taller but smaller than a pack of smokes. ;)

If the enclosure wasn't so dang big - I was thinking as really loud headphone amp.

My backup to my amps is a 5W tube amp that doubles as a pre with a bypassable internal power soak. I've managed to use it for band rehearsals through a tone ring Fender cab loaded with a JBL.

I love my BATT! It's great for quick tracking too.

The guy told me that it's not like a 5watt at all but more like 15 or 20 watts, and someone can use it with a 100watt cabin or more...

Now you said pedals, there seems to be no bass, treble, mid, etc controls,so maby a pedal is important with this little amp...I don't know if it's worth the money. There is no video on youtube to get even an idea.

yeah. at least the BATT let you bypass the power section. not sure if you can here. i'd slap a B7K ahead of it and rip if it sounded nice and had a DI.

I think this is meant as a guitar amp, rather than a bass amp. It's just based on the Fender Bassman.

    Thanks for the link.

I wonder what it sounds like with a bass and no petals.
