Oddly enough I just realized looking at your thread that the Fender booth was one I never went in to...or actually saw at NAMM for that matter. I was drooling too much in some of the others.

I think it's a Fender FideliTron (same as in the Cabronita?).

Hope it doesn't have the CNC hole under the PG. That was a huge mistake on the 60th anniversary model.

I dig the hell out of this. It may not be anything groundbreaking, but it'd be a great punk-rock bass.

Just got a lake placid blue one .. Lots of tone psyched on it has a more modern c obass neck .. This was a goid idea .. Perhaps a 9.5 radius next time but really screams and has the ability to do mellow..

Somehow I don't see these 'catching on'. The LPB and the white ones are purty.

That was my favorite color at the NAMM display. Hopefully you'll post some pics and a review. :bassist:

pure ugly; what's up with the pick guards  (who the hell needs any pick guard). don't like the headstock either.:meh:

    Fail,
    fnord!

ps: if it sounds good I'll sport it around like a call girl at thanksgiving dinner.

Random aside, but google "Cabron." And remember, Fender is based here in Arizona. They know damn well what that means. :ninja:

I don't get the hate. I think they look great, especially the LPB one.

Tried one, I liked it but I like Jazz necks better.
