NBD - Finnally a "Real" Fender

    Yep, been on the planet for 50 years, always had a 2nd tier bass.
    I played her on Saturday and went back Monday and brought her home. Fender FSR Jazz MIM.:D

    Very nice! I'm sure you'll enjoy it! I have an ash bodied Precision that I really like - has a very rich and textured tone to my ear.

    No, the body is 3 pieces, the 2 outside parts match great, the middle, not so much....

    Natural ash looks great, and the tort guard makes for a great, classic look. Congrats! Have fun playing that beauty!

    Nice looking bass, congrats! I had one of these not too long ago. I also like how the wood grain looks on your bass. The natural/rosewood also looks good with the ashtray covers retrofitted on. Now go join the FSR club!
