I'm in the market for new headphones. I received Sennheiser CX300-IIs for Christmas. I now realize I can't wear in ear buds. I have the kind that fit in the ear like little speakers. They're shot so that's why I need the new ones. I like the way they fit but I'm thinking there are better quality kind. These came with an mp3 player I bought a year ago. The Sennheisers sound real good but hurt my ears. i like the noise cancellation of them too. Any recommendations? :help:

I love my Grado cans, I have the SR-80s. Honestly, nothing will even come close to Grados in tripple the price range.

Probably a silly question, but have you tried using a smaller surround with your headphones?

Most Sennheiser in-ear headphones have a few different sizes of rubber grommet, maybe just need the smaller size? (seeing it seems to be fit that's the issue).
