Need suggestions to help a 15" cabinet

    Hi there,
I have a Warwick bass combo (16.2 I think, it’s at church and I’m at home) that has a 15", 4 ohm speaker and a horn. It has plenty of bottom end but no crispness. I have been considering adding a 2x10 top, with the proper impedance match, but wonder if adding a small, mid bass type speaker, or a row of 3 to 4" mini woofers in the amp space to the cabinet itself might help. But, I wonder if there might be other alternatives that I haven’t thought of. The amp is out of the cab due to typical (imho) Warwick “quality control”, and I’m using a Carvin BX250 head. All this came about because I used my Genz Benz Shuttle 3.6 with 2, 10” cabinets outside and noticed my tone was crisper with not as much bottom
