I'm trying to show a bass model to a friend and I'm drawing a blank. A while ago I found a video of a guy playing a new age-y bass solo on this 36-fret bass that looked like a modern art sculpture. During the song he'd reach a free hand up to the headstock and flip a switch, which would tune that specific string either up or down a half-step, and he used this musically for effects and also to more easily play certain aspects of the song. It was pretty wild, but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know what bass this could possibly be?
