NEVER knew Labella strings are made in one town over from me!

    Jeeze, lol... Does anyone know if Labella offers retail walk in business? If so do they offer any kind of factory discounts?

    I guess you also know that Steinbergers were also made in Newburgh?

    Walk-in business? I don't think you want to go walking anywhere on Broadway in Newburgh... ;)

    Yes I knew Steinbereger was right down the Street... Walk in business yeah ya just have to keep your head low in the car... lol


    I used to get GHS Boomers back in the day from Veiliette Citron when they had there factory here in Kingston. They used to sell strings cheap so they kept their volume discounts I guess.

    Stuart Spector doesn't offer factory tours (possibly 'cause aint much built in Saugerties?)

    I certainly live in the Mecca of Bass builders huh? Steinberger, Spector, Tobias, Veilette, Citron..

    Well to be fair, Spector doesn't have a 'factory' :)

    I doubt they would even sell them there! Bergantino is made a few towns over from me and they dont even sell them like anywhere in MA! I called the factory and asked if I could buy one there and they said no.
