I don't recall ever hearing about these.. About time they pumped more functionality into their BA line.

    Well, well, well!
I'm amazed, because i thought the regular BA series were doing quite well.
And they didn't show them at Namm!!
And the V2 version is the same price as the regular one.
    Hmmm, wonder how it sounds...

Sweet, I was wondering when these were going to be announced. I just had to run into the next room and test drive the new BA-110.

It seems the 450 watt BA 210v2 has an ext speaker out jack that would allow for another cab to be added. I remember the old 600 watt BA 210 getting a lot of criticism for being a stand alone combo with no option for another cab. Smart thinking on Ampeg's part.

Too bad they underpowered the 115 combo. I would have liked to see it be comparable to the 210 in power and feature set.

I'll stick with my old BA115HP, one of the best amps I've ever owned.

I only saw the listing on my phone. Were those photos or artist renderings on the site? I almost wonder if someone was having a little fun with an inventory listing then realized it actually made it onto the site. Doh! OR...they added inventory to their production system that they were meant to add to a test system

Thinking like the IT guy I am...

It seemed to me like actual product photos. I'm guessing someone jumped the gun and offered information/pics before they were given the green light. Even the Ampeg company website is void of these new combos. Top Secret I suppose...:eyebrow:

I heard about these a while back from my friends that work at Fender (I guess they had some intel over there).

Looks like Zzounds jumped the gun and took them back down for now.

I saw the ads while they were up - they were actual photos.

Yep. Zzounds also had listed the BA 108, BA 112, BA 115, and BA 210 all in v2 versions with the new "Scrambler" feature (read: overdrive/distortion). The only power ratings listed were 450 watts for the BA 210v2 and 150 watts for the BA 115v2. So, I'm guessin' there should be a bump in wattage in the smaller 3 combos as well, but who knows.

Funny, as I was just about to pull the trigger on a restocked BA 108 or BA 112 just before stumbling upon these. I'm not sure what to do, as Zzounds advertised the available date as July for most of the v2 versions.

They look nice and I got a chuckle out of the "•True 60° sound reinforcement monitor angle"

Nothing worse than those fake 60° angles!

It looks like the 210 is 450 watts at four ohms and 283 at 8 ohms. I am assuming the 450 is with an extension cab - but it is not clear to me.

283 watts should be plenty for a 210 combo though - if that is the case.

The 10" speakers in the 210 are 16 ohms for an 8 ohm internal load.
