    Damn I love this app.

    http://www.projazzlab.com/

It's worth more that the $9.95 for the infinite credits package to me. Nothing like working on a time feel with multiple drums styles all looped so you can shed til the cows come home. Only been working with it for a few days and it's fantastic.

Just goes to show that writing good apps is more about content than the app itself.

The maker of the app is a double bass player ;-)

I have it. Very useful for playing along and, more importantly, teaching styles.

We'll be waiting for when you return weeks from now to tell us how evil the app is. :D

I tried to find this app on the app store for my iPad but it doesn't show up. I searched on "drumgenius, drum genius, projazz, projazzlab, but got nothing. Tried the iTunes store too. Where did you guys get this?

I had the same problem on myPad. Tap the projazz.com link above, and then click the link to the App Store. That's how I got it.

I got this a while back in its first version and liked it pretty well, but I like it a lot better now that it's been updated a bit. I have it on my iPod (OS 5) but it doesn't show up under "purchased" on my new iPad for some reason. I was just playing along with it the other night at the end of a practice session - good stuff!

Any chance of this app being ported to Mac OSX (like, ahem, iRealPro)?

Hi, my app is designed for iPhone, so you can find under iPhone apps. Obviously, you can also use on iPad.
Thanks all of you for appreciating my work!

I just wanted to say how much I am loving this app. Just fantastic for working on so many different grooves. It is going to keep me busy for months.
It was a bit weird installing on my iPad but i managed after a while.

Downloaded, paid for it, seems very worthwhile. 2 things though...

    1. How do I download all the loops? After paying it gave me the option but I wasn't near my wifi spot so figured I'd wait until I get home. Now I don't see where I can download all of them at once?
    2. When rotating the android phone the screen doesn't rotate, that would be nice to view in panorama.

    Other than that it's fantastic.

Any rock loops to be added in the future? Namely from that John Bonham fella?

Actually that would be completely off the hook. All the odd-metered stuff from Zep. Look out!

    That's what I'm sayin.

While I'm at it, I could create some simple grooves on my drum apps for r&b stuff, but it would be so nice to have Jeff Porcaro's work and other Michael Jackson songs or other r&b classics. This could get out of hand.
    Thanks for the heads up.
