just got my new Benavente custom 6 string fretless, its taken two and a half years since i ordered it. Keep in mind that I live in the same town as Chris and I am also decent friends with him personally, these last two years have been pretty hard for him, so taking so long on my bass was no big deal. But i must say the wait was well worth it. I've played several high end fretless 6 strings. Fbass, Elrick, Fodera, MTD. and don't get me wrong they are all amazing instruments, but my new Benavente has to be one of the easiest playing and most comfortable 6 string fretlesses i have ever played. I highly recommend Benavente guitars for your next boutique and or custom order.
