new gibson es335 bass

    Saw the new es335 bass on premier guitar... Anyone interested?
    yes ES335 not the midtown bass, 34 inch

    Was it an ES335 Bass or the Gibson Midtown Bass? I've seen pictures of the new Gibson Midtown. It looks like a slightly smaller body than ES335 or the old EB2.

    If it has binding on the back side it's not a Midtown. Lovely bass...with a lovely price to match, I'll bet...

    ES335 Bass
    It's not a Midtown. Different pickups, pickup placement, binding and control layout.

    Mmmm, so tasty. I've been interested in something like this for ages. Unfortunately, I feel like they will be about as affordable as an actual '60's model. :(
