I had to do it and here it is,

    The billet aluminum bass body
Yes that is a hand block sanded and polished.
Think hot rodders, same work same polishes.

Weight with wood neck 8# 8oz.
    S/D bassman pickups
Weight with Moses neck 8# 15oz
    Lace Aluma-P Bass Pickups

What do you guys think ?

Anyone here in San Diego area wish to test it?

    Send a P/M

Also have this in s and t types

A huge clarity of sound and multiple overtones which get absorbed by wood,
the difference is somewhere between wood marimba keys and metal xylophone keys

"It had incredible sustain and the bottom end was deep and clear. "
    quote bass player "engine207"

I do not have a studio quality sound sample , Yet.
