    Hi,

I find it surprising that the Saints/Rams spread is only Rams+5.5 points. I guess some people think the Rams can still play really tough against good teams at home. We shall see.

    Thank you for your indulgence,

I'm waiting for Ben and Haley to throw down on the sidelines in one of these games. The drama has been building since he was hired last year.

Good question is...will the Matt Flynn led Packer offense score enough to win the game in the big D?

As a fading fan of football, my major statistical concern right now is figuring out how many games the referees have single-handedly decided this year.

I think there were at least 3 this past week.

Is it me or are they (ESPN, etc. ) making a huge deal of the RG3 shutting down for the season situation? Must be a slow sports day as it makes sense to me.

I remember Wes Welker blowing out his knee in Houston a couple of years ago in a game late in the year and it was not crucial. Not that Washington can even make the post season but I would hate so see him further set back next season.

Thursday night's Chargers vs. Broncos game looks like the best Thurs game this season. SD is in it for a wildcard slot, while Denver wants the # 1 seed & home field throughout the playoffs. Big game for both teams. Go Broncos

Haven't watched Sportscenter or any ESPN blah blah fest in years. Jumped the shark with regard to their respective niche long ago, like the Weather Channel decided to do recently and CNN seems to have been pulling off for a few years.

The RGIII benching to keep him healthy for the offseason and throwing Cousins out there to market for trade bait is odd in my opinion.
