NFL Week 2

  1. Pack vs. Skins for the home opener at Lambeau. There's a chance I might be at the game. One of my co-workers has offered me his tix if he can't go.

Skins looked tentative last night. No fireworks. Likely due to no practices with RGIII. Almost wonder if they'd have been better getting Cousins some time in the second half.

I need to find somewhere to watch the SF/Seattle game, in Seattle. That one should be rocking, the 12th man will be ready.

Seattle guys....who do you think will raise the flag for the home opener? I am going to say Gary Payton.

Bucs play a better team than the Jets, decide to pull their heads from their proverbial asses and win.
  6. For fantasy purposes, what can you Giants fans tell me about David Wilson's chances of getting a good number of carries in week 2?

And Jets fans, what about playing Ivory?

I predict Jim Harbaugh will whine and cry all week about something, then play a game, then whine some more afterwards. Surprised he hasn't asked the league to ban fans cheering with @SEA next on the calendar.

Packers will topple the Redskins at Lambeau. The rookie RB Eddie Lacey should have a breakout game. Packs young DB's have to improve in a hurry though.

I like the guy you have, Shields.

  11. I predict the Ravens, still stinging from the blowout in Denver, and looking for a little face-saving in their home opener, beat my Browns like a rented mule.

I've got to agree with the Ken Griffey Jr. suggestion.

I'd have you over Mike, but my living room is going to be very full at this point. And loud...

Why Griffey? Is something going on with him recently? GP was inducted into the NBA HoF last week.

I hope your Seahawks play well and win. If it's not on TV out here, I'll be stuck with only highlights.

  16. He was the only other iconic Seattle sports figure that I could come up with.

Pats go to 2-0, after some adjustments.
  18. I'll be in the outdoor club seats Sunday at Lambeau!:hyper: Perhaps I will post in-game photos.

Fins at Indy: Winning a road game against the Browns is one thing, this is quite another. I know the Raiders came close, but Miami doesn't have a scrambling QB. I don't like my Dolphins' chances.
