Where do I find an affordable neck replacement with Non-Fender headstock style?
Warmoth or USA Custom Guitars.
What kind of bass is it? Sellers like Warmoth have all kinds of headstocks but they all use standard Fender heel sizes.
Allparts and others sell a paddle headstock neck with a Fender sized heel. You can cut your own shape or configuration for the headstock.
Non fender warmoth has different length. Looking for ready to use one with fender size
Incorrect. A huge part of Warmoth's business model revolves around Fender compatibility. To that end, they sell a variety of necks with different profiles, nut widths, numbers of frets, and headstock shapes that all bolt onto a standard Fender-spec body.
In addition, they also sell necks and bodies in their higher-end "Gecko" line, which are not Fender compatible.
GuitarFetish would qualify as affordable. No personal experience, but paddle headstock can be cut to a custom shape.
Sometimes Rondo has some SX necks for sale. www.rondomusic.com
