I am starting a new project and I need some advise. I have a fender 3 bolt body with some old EMG's in it. I have purchased a 2013 MIM "getty" neck. What to do? What to do? I really don't want to drill the body for the four bolt configuration. Does anyone have a template for the 3 bolt hardware configuration? I would rather route the neck for the microtilt® than drill holes in my old jazz body. Any input on 3 bolt vs 4 bolt?

I would modify the neck before the body, and definitely the neck if it's a vintage body. You could also forget the microtilt and just put a neck screw in there, and shim the neck if needed (like you would a normal 4 bolt neck).
