    Hey guys,

What up charge have you paid for a one piece body?

Carvin offers one-piece swamp ash on their bolt on models for $20 extra. They gave me one for free, though, when I ordered my SB4000.

I'm no fan of Carvins, but I have to say that's a really reasonable deal, especially in view of FMIC's former $150 MSRP upcharge for three-piece ash bodies years back.

    Great looking slab-o-ash.

Great deal from Carvin at $20. At that price I bet Carvin gets a lotta requests for it.

I have only done it with Warmoth.

The bodies tend to be a little lighter.
Not sure if there are any other advantages....
