Here's something you don't see too often. New in packaging Original MM Sterling Pickup with screws and springs.

Bill's Music sells the copy of the Sterling Pickup made by Seymour Duncan (called SMB-4A Music Man 3-coil) for $196.00.

But this original and very rare MM will be yours for just $195.00 Shipped. It will be sent in the original Ernie Ball box with tracking number and insured for value.

    [DEL]Also I have a Neck Plate with screws.[/DEL] SOLD

All questions answered. I'm not interested in trades on this one. Unless you have a newish rosewood block bound neck.

bump for a good guy. This pickup is super hard to find brand new! I would have bought it if I did not get one a couple of weeks earlier (and it was used) :hyper:

I don't doubt for a second that this is worth the price, but the price you quoted on the Duncan is mistaken or something. Bills Music sells the SMB-4A for $84.70 with a list price of $121. The real deal is definitely, as always, worth more.

Yes- I have been confused on that one. I looked hard and saw some SD's that were 2 coils like the Stingray and some three coil types as substitutes for the Sterlings which is what this one is. SD sells is the SMB-4a at different prices. I thought it was the higher one. In any regard, my price is still the same. And yes, the real McCoy is better than the copy.

Bump. Lowered to $140 shipped. And yes...I am really in the hole now.
And by the way, these can be wired like the sting rays. Just wire the parallel setting.
