Season two of Orphan Black premiers this Saturday on BBC America! :hyper:

If you haven't seen the first season, it's pretty good as far as sci-fi shows go. Tatiana Maslany does an amazing job. Here's a trailer for the second season:

Great show.. I am surprised this is a two poster thread.. I don't make sure I catch too muchn on TV ... but this and GoT are two ... Boardwalk is almost done.. The Leftovers looks interesting.. All I can say is thank goodness for the DVR..

I've seen the show mentioned more than once by more than one person on TB. It's just a matter of those people finding this thread. :)

I love how the show goes from dead serious to darkly humorous in a split second.

It's not on the level of Breaking Bad or the first couple of seasons of Homeland but it's pretty damn good. As far as sci-fi goes, it's right up there!

The second season was pretty good and the finale neatly laid out the agenda for season three:
    • Cure Cosima...can't lose her
    • Rescue Helena...can't lose her either
    • Introduce the male clones.
It's going to be a long wait. :eyebrow:

Not Netflix, but it's on Amazon Prime.

It only took me about 2 episodes to be locked in. Tatiana does a great job of being completely different people.

Interesting tid-bit, I'm currently binging Alpha's, and she was in like episode 5 or 6... Small part, nothing really notable. But then a few eps later, her little girl from OB was in one too. I guess there are only so many Canadian actors. Lol

I'm a little uncomfortable with how much more attractive she is as Cosima compared to any of the other clones.

I can't decide. Is it that she's seriously smart? Or maybe the hair? The glasses? That she's a lesbian? I just don't know. But she works on a deep and possibly somewhat creepy level that the other clones really don't.

I like the other clones, too. But Cosima is the hot one.

I agree too. But I think it's because, at least for me, that's she's generally a happier person, and a little more laid back that the others. I started to like Allison a little more too when she showed a little more vulnerability, so that could be part of it.

Then of course the show runners gave her more prominent cleavage. That always works. Lol

I've always had a thing for girls in nerdy glasses and am fond of girls in dreadlocks, so yeah...Cosima! Also, she's the most "smiley" of the bunch.
