    I hate leftovers.

The only food that can still taste as good the next day is pasta.

    But cold? No thanks.

    Both ways are good.

In my younger days I'd fry the noodles in butter, then throw some flavoring on. Like quality stuff like ketchup.

Got to be heated up. Really brings the flavor out.

Many times I've cooked up a big pot of sauce...and I'm talkin' THICK sauce that's loaded with mushrooms, Italian sausage, green peppers, onions and have eaten just the sauce (no pasta) with some bread and butter! It's the answer to life!!

many a night supper has been a nice warm crusty piece of Italian bread sliced thick topped with shaved garlic, olive oil and fontinella cheese.

I'll do cold pizza, but not pasta. Pasta need to be reheated.

Make a fritatta. Pasta in a hot pan for a minute, scramble raw eggs and add. Cook gently, turning over once. Soooooooo good. This is what Italians do with extra pasta. Then they drive to the opera in their Lamborghini.

Kinda an oddball pasta, but good lasagna is better leftover than it is fresh outta the oven.

    Preach on brother! Tell it!

All about the next day, but gotta warm it up for me..... unless I'm hung over, then it's cold. And I hold the bowl against my aching head.

We got rid of our microwave a couple years ago and I didn't use the thing for years before that. Anything I don't want to wait for the oven to reheat gets eaten at fridge temperature. I am pretty open minded at this point as to what's edible cold.

    Leftovers? Yes, please!

    Cold pasta? No way!

And some fine delicacies like pasta sauces and chili are actually better on day two as the flavors meld in the fridge over night.

I heat them but I wouldn't mind eating them cold if it were trouble to heat them.
