Peavey 115 TKO Combo

    I bought a peavey TKO115 combo cheap recently and while I know it's not the best amp, it does the job for practice, and didn't clean out my bank account. After a couple of months, I find my self wanting a bit more mid punch, and overall volume, while playing with my guitar player and drummer.

    This unit has an 8 ohm extension speaker jack, (8 ohm parallel output with the internal 15" ). Does anyone know if I could use the peavey headliner 210 cab on the extension output without damaging the amp or the cab?

    Yes, that would be fine. Personally, I would lean towards the Headliner 115. I like it better than the 210, and I think it would match up better with the TKO 15.
