I have a Peavey Headliner 410 cab that I picked up as part of a package deal for an amp that I wanted. It's a great cab in good condition - minor pilling of the felt, marks on the metal corners - and it sounds great. I just like my other 410 better and even though it is nice to have a monster 8x10 stack, I'll most likely never use it. It is a sealed cab that weighs around 72 lbs and has two 1/4" and one Speakon jack. It is very loud an puncy with a strong presence in the low mids. Definitely a cab that will punch through a mix. Asking $175 local sale. Could entertrain a trade for a cheap 5 string (Squier, Peavey) straight up. I'm on the MA/NH border and am willing to drive about 45 minutes to meet up for a sale. I'll have more pictures up later but here is a quickie cell phone photo:

I would also consider trades for an OLP five string or SR200 series Ibanez 5 or 6 string.

Anyone local who is interested, I host an open mic/blues jam in Nashua on Wednesday nights at the Wicked Twisted and I'll have this cab in the backline tonight being powered by an old Peavey MegaBass with a ZOOM M60B. If you like what you hear, bring $150 cash and take the cab home at the end of the night.

Heck, even if you aren't looking to buy the cab come on out, we can use more bass players!

Good lord, this is the most screaming 410 deal EVER.

Isn't there anyone in that area with the combination of need, sanity, and $150?

It sounds fine. Being a sealed cab it is very strong in the mids. It gets very loud and doesn't go too low or too high. It is a good solid cab for rock, country or blues. A good old school tone.

I hope that didn't seem as if I was being negative. I didn't realized they were sealed. I'm interested in those . Good luck!
