I have the Peavey TKO 115 Combo bass amp (400 watts). I would like to add a Peavey cabinet into the equation. I am considering: 1) Headliner 115 (500W program, 1000W peak with impedence of 8 ohms). 2) Headliner 210 (400W program, 800W peak with impedence of 8 ohms). Which cabinet would be the better match with the Peavey TKO 115 combo?

It will indeed work as long as the added cab is 8 ohm.

I trust what you say Bobby, I was just going by product lit I found online before you responded ;). It listed a "Powered cab output"? Confusing term maybe?

So, yeah then, definitely go with the 2nd 15. You'll be amazed at how much better your amp will sound with 2 of the 15's running.

Yes it is the same cabinet on Peavey's website. Thanks guys for the information/feedback, it was very helpful. I will be adding the 15 inch cabinet.
