Perry deserves a raise!

    Here's my story with Bass Central:

    Email Bass Central to see what EBMM SR5's are in stock.
    Receive an email from Perry within an hour.
    I see a Stingray 5 HS PDN available.
    Email back to confirm it isn't sold (I swear I called two weeks earlier and they were).
    Perry confirms it is available.
    Ask a couple of questions.
    Perry answers them.
    Ask for pictures.
    Perry sends them.
    Send payment.
    Received invoice.
    Did a happy dance.
    Bass was received in two days!
    Did another happy dance!

    BTW all this transpired in a very short window. Excellent customer service!

    Still getting to "know" her. The initial impressions are quite good though.

    Have to agree, Perry is great! He has answered all of my numerous emails promptly. Because of his great customer service, I'm about to pull the trigger on a new Skyline 44-02 Deluxe Natural.

    Just got my new Lakland 44-02. Thanks to Perry and all the guys at Bass Central. Y'all ROCK!!! :hyper:

    I just put a 55-01 on layaway today from Perry! He is great, and Bass Central just got a customer for life! Great customer service.

    I've been a customer of BC since 2001, and they've always done right by me. Gard was my man there until he went to Roscoe Guitars.

    But Perry and Mike are great guys too. Perry was the primary person who helped me when I got my Bergantino CN-212 recently. They always make me feel at home.

    And you can forward high praise to the "powers that be" at Bass Central for Grasshopper. He was 100% on the ball and got my instrument to me in an, ultra fast, fashion.
