I was thinking of offering free recording studio time to my customers on the production of body parts known to formerly belong to people that seem to think its OK to steal from musicians.
What about a sliding scale based on: at the lower end of the scale a plectrum, a cable or a cymbal felt.
One finger for a free hour, moving up to a whole album for the production of a whole set of genitalia, if the former owner stole anything of higher value like the contents of someone else's studio.
Might be quite an attractive idea, for some of my more extreme metal customer base.:bassist:
Danni from Cradle Of Filth is well on the way to a good collection of spare parts already:

How does someone even use a custom amp like that without being noticed?

Thieves are pretty much right behind pedophiles on my scale of douchebaggery! I hope these jackwagons get caught, prosecuted, end up in some painful position in prison, and all of us that have been robbed get our stuff back.

    I really hate thieves...

Stolen or sold to a collector that doesn't care or want to know about the history.
Can also be sold out of country.

I was at a guitar show in Dallas in the 80's and passed on an instrument that was brought in by a local with a very low price and a sketchy back story.

Very bad Karma is tied to all stolen instruments IMO.

I'm all for the chopping off the hand of the theif style penalties for stolen gear.

    Best of luck.

Don't know that any of it will end up here, but I got your list(s).....and a really big knife....really it'd be considered a small to medium size sword. ;)
