We got a new sound system, and now if I turn my volume knobs down at all the system squeals. If I try to put it in passive mode it squeals, and if I'm not touching the strings there is a high pitch squeal. The sound tech says my bass has grounding issues, but I think the sound system could be part of the issue, and the bass didn't do this with the old system. It would buzz when turning down the volume but not squeal, and putting it in passive was fine, and no issues when not touching the strings. Could it be a grounding issue with the bass?
