Post Pics of your "Unique" Bass ![/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
This one is sort of unique, in that I'm probably the only one on TB who has one. But it's not the only one made.
this is unique but it now has knobs off a Fender amp....can you say customised?? Soon to have a new bridge.
My custom Minarik Joe Nerve Lotus .
Listerud also made this one, by my drawings. Wood covered Bassculture single coils. Alder body, maple/cherry neck and ebony fingerboard. Looks special but has an incredible sound. I often hear comments at gigs on the look of this bass, and none negative so far hehe. My guitarist deducts gig pay from me if I dont bring this one.

My 1996 Carl Thompson.. 8string...

Carl has only made 2 of this style in his entire time of building basses !!!
I'm pretty sure the Ox had it first so hows it unique? Still a cool bass though.
It's a Listerud, not an Alembic
Here's my Stambaugh custom. I drew up the body design myself, so it's the only one like it...for now
Greco made 'em like this!
3 T-Bird pickups, 3 volumes, no tone control(yet), Badass Bridge. Neck pickup has serious bottom.
Man, I frickin' LOVE that bass. Hopefully I'll be getting to see it up close April 21st.
I am certain that I am not the only one with this bass, but I do know it's the first one of it's kind
Me Buzzard bolt 5 string...
And some guy from an indie band borrowing it:
And me playing it:
Perhaps not that unique, though, as Scott Hembry made a right-haded 5-string one later:
24-fret necks, though, and a slightly different body shape.
Tobias Killer B with ebony top and fretboard, zero fret, etc. Only one in the world, at least temporarily!
ok here is my yamaha mod, i havent seem any others so i guess its a one of a kind
7 string Worker Bee - Dyed and Acrylized Maple top, back, & neck. Acrylized Wenge board, Acrylized Silvervine inlays.
6 string 51 series Benavente fretless
(and the not quite as unusual) 5 string 51 series Benavente
