Tom Laughlin, star of 'Billy Jack,' dead at 82
He was pretty badass when I was a kid.
I recall the films. It seems he lived life on his own terms and did a lot of good for people.

Question of the day...Billy Jack or Chuck Norris?
Chuck Norris??? never heard of her...
Very different politics. The combination would make for an interesting replacement for all those news channel "crossfire"-type shows....
RIP Billy Jack.
One tin soldier rides away...
This was the first movie I ever remember seeing on a big screen. At a drive-in. Not a bad flick. The hippie kids in this film always seemed to have some kind of a creepy Manson family vibe to me for some reason. I guess it was just the time period. All in all, good flick. RIP Billy Jack dude.
Yes... I remember Billy Jack's "theme song". Who did it anyway? Female vocalist.
I have not heard it in decades.
Apparently a band called "Coven" did the Billy Jack version.
I just listened to it for nostalgia's sake. Catchy little tune. Not bad at all.
We used to have a little white dog (also R.I.P.) my girlfriend named Billy Jack after this man/show. Thanks guys for the pic and youtube link. I sent those in an email to her. She's a child of the '70's. This will take her back. One of those things that makes your heart warm and broken at the same time.
Rest In Peace Billy Jack.
RIP Billy Jack
One bad dude
