So I have a nice road case style board with a bit of a lip. The lip means that I have to back my pedals away from it so I can get clear access to the input/output jacks. Anyone have cheap suggestions for raising pedals up a half inch or so? I was thinking about pieces of wood with Velcro attached under the pedals.

I would put velcro on the board then put velcro on both sides of the wood. That way you have a removable riser in case you change your mind and you only wasted some velcro.
