Replacement tuners for Squier Mustang bass??

    Can anyone recommend a good replacement tuner for my Squier Mustang bass? I want something smoother and higher gear ratio than the stock squier tuners. If there is a direct replacement tuner that doesn't require modification that would be even better! :) THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

    Hipshot tuners are some of the best out there in my opinion. Also, If you decide to go the Hipshot route don't order them direct from the hipshot site find them on like musician's friend or Woodwind & Brasswind, because on the hipshot site you're paying like $30-$40 per tuner, while you can get a set of four from one of those sites for like $70
